Growth & Marketing
Har lead, sahi waqt pe.
Meta & form leads auto-scored and ranked by intent, organised into campaigns with a Leads / Follow-ups / Analytics pipeline — your team always calls the hottest lead first.
Auto-Scored Leads From Every Channel
Every lead that comes in — whether from a Meta ad, your website enquiry form, or a QR self-registration — is automatically scored by budget, intent, timeline, and buying signals. The hotter the lead, the higher the score. Your team sees a ranked list so they always call the most promising enquiry first.
Campaign-Organised Pipeline
Leads are grouped into campaigns so you can track performance per source — Meta ads campaign, Google ads, website forms, walk-ins. Each campaign has three tabs: Leads (incoming), Follow-ups (scheduled actions), and Analytics (conversion rates, time-to-close, drop-off points).
Demo-Outcome Tracking and Conversion Funnel
Track every demo call — who attended, what they said, what they decided. The conversion funnel shows exactly where leads stall: are they not picking up? Not showing for demos? Not converting after demo? One-click AI analysis identifies the bottleneck so you can fix it.
De-Duplication by Phone Number
The same person can never be two leads. If a parent enquires via Meta, then fills a form, and then walks in — DeskFlux automatically merges them into one lead with the full interaction history. No duplicates, no confusion, no calling the same person twice.
Where the Leads Come From
Meta lead-ad submissions import automatically from your connected Facebook and Instagram forms, so a parent who fills a form at 9pm is in the CRM before your counsellor opens the app in the morning. Website enquiry forms and QR self-registration land in the same place. One pipeline, one history per parent, regardless of which channel they came in through — which is also what makes 'which channel actually produced an admission' an answerable question rather than a guess.
What Scoring Is Actually For
Scoring does not decide who is worth teaching. It decides the order of the call list on a morning when there are 40 enquiries and time for 15 calls. The score weighs the things that genuinely predict intent for a coaching institute — which course was asked about, how the enquiry arrived, how recently, and what the parent filled in — and puts the ones most likely to convert at the top. Everyone still gets called; the difference is that the hottest lead is not called fourth on Thursday.
Frequently asked questions
How does the AI scoring work?
Scoring uses multiple signals: budget range, course interest, follow-up engagement, timeline (urgent vs exploring), and custom rules you define. Each lead gets a score out of 100 with a reason label explaining why.
Can I import leads from other sources?
Yes. You can import leads from Excel, CSV, or connect via the API. The scoring engine will process them just like native leads.
What happens when a lead converts?
When you mark a lead as converted, DeskFlux automatically creates a student record with all the lead's details pre-filled — no duplicate data entry.
Can I override the score?
Yes. The score orders the list, it does not lock it. A counsellor who knows a parent walked in yesterday can work that lead first, and the assignment rules can be adjusted so the ordering matches how your team actually sells.
Does a lead get scored more than once?
Scoring runs on leads that have not been scored yet, so re-running it does not re-process the same backlog and does not repeat the cost. New enquiries are picked up as they arrive.
