A teacher can teach multiple batches. A batch can have multiple teachers (one per subject). The timetable ensures no teacher is double-booked across batches at the same time.
Frequently asked questions
Can I copy a timetable from one batch to another?
Yes. You can duplicate an existing timetable as a starting point and then make adjustments — useful when two batches share the same schedule but differ by room or teacher.
What happens when I change the timetable?
Changes reflect immediately. The auto-reminder system picks up the new schedule for tomorrow's WhatsApp message. Teachers see updated schedules on their dashboard.
Can I delete a batch without losing student records?
Yes. Deleting a batch removes the batch assignment but keeps student records intact. Students can be reassigned to another batch or marked as batch-less.
