Admission Number Auto-Generation
When a new student is enrolled, DeskFlux automatically generates a unique admission number based on your configured prefix and numbering scheme. No manual numbering, no duplicates, no confusion between students with similar names.
Duplicate Mobile Detection

Frequently asked questions
Can I import existing students from Excel?
Yes. DeskFlux has a built-in data import tool that maps your Excel columns to student fields. We also offer onboarding support where we do the import for you.
What happens when a student drops out?
Change their status to 'dropped'. Their record is preserved (never deleted) but they're moved out of active batches. You can restore them anytime from the recycle bin.
Can parents log in to see their child's data?
Not yet — this is on the roadmap. Currently, reports and updates are sent to parents via WhatsApp (fee receipts, report cards, attendance summaries).
