Salary Models for Every Role
DeskFlux supports the salary models coaching institutes use: fixed monthly (for admin and permanent teachers), percentage of batch collection (for commission-based teachers), and per-student pay (for faculty paid by enrolment). Each staff member gets their own salary configuration.
Automatic Calculation From Real Data
Fixed salaries are prorated for leaves. Commission-based salaries are calculated from actual batch fee collections. Per-student pay is driven by each teacher's enrolled students. No manual calculations, no errors.
Lump Sum Distribution for Teachers
For teachers with lump-sum commission (e.g., 30% of total batch fees), the amount is distributed across the course duration and credited monthly. The teacher gets their full share, spread evenly, not all at once.
