Your calling team, finally working from one list.

DeskFlux Telecalling is an Android app for your telecallers. The day's calls are queued for them, the lead's name, stage and notes appear on screen mid-call, and every call logs itself into your CRM — matched to the right lead, no manual entry.

The Call List Is Decided for Them

Every morning the telecaller opens the Today screen and sees exactly who to call — leads queued from your CRM, grouped and ready. No one scribbles numbers in a register or guesses who to chase next. Each call can be expanded for detail, so the telecaller knows what happened last time before dialing.

Lead Info on Screen While You Call

The moment a call connects, the app shows the lead's name, stage and notes on screen. The telecaller never has to juggle a CRM tab and a call at the same time — the context is right there, fetched and cached for the day.

Every Call Logs Itself

The app reads the phone's call log and syncs each call to your DeskFlux CRM automatically — matched to the lead by phone number. Incoming, outgoing, duration, timestamp: it all lands in the CRM's Telecalling view without the telecaller typing a thing. Only metadata is synced; the app never records audio.

History, Weekly Charts and Daily Goals

Telecallers and managers get a filterable week of call history plus a weekly chart of calls made. Daily call goals keep the team honest — set a default for everyone or override per telecaller — and managers see per-caller progress on the dashboard, so a slow day shows up before it becomes a lost admission.

Pairs With Your DeskFlux Account

The app pairs once with your institute's DeskFlux account and works on office phones for your calling team. Everything lands in the same CRM the rest of the institute runs on — one record, one history, no second tool to log into.

What a Telecaller's Day Looks Like

Morning: open Today, see the queue the CRM built overnight from new Meta leads, form submissions and follow-ups that came due. Work down it. Each call ends and the app writes the number, direction, duration and timestamp back to the lead without anyone typing. Evening: the manager opens the dashboard and sees calls made against the daily goal, per caller — not a number someone reported, the number the phone actually dialled. The difference matters most in admission season, when a counsellor who made 12 calls and a counsellor who made 40 both say they had a busy day.

Why an App Instead of a Spreadsheet of Numbers

A shared sheet has no memory of the conversation. The second call to a parent starts from zero, the parent notices, and the enquiry cools. Because the app pulls the lead's stage and notes onto the screen as the call connects, the second call starts where the first one ended. That single behaviour is the reason follow-up discipline survives a busy week — it stops depending on whether the person calling happens to remember.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app record calls?

No. It only syncs call metadata — number, direction, duration and timestamp — and matches it to the lead. No audio is recorded or stored.

How do calls get matched to the right lead?

By phone number. Each synced call is matched against your CRM leads and attached to the right lead's timeline, so the full calling history lives on the lead record.

Is it on the Google Play Store?

The app is distributed as an APK for your institute's office phones — download it from the button above. Play Protect may ask to allow unknown sources on first install; that's expected for a sideloaded internal tool.

Do telecallers need their own DeskFlux login?

Yes — each telecaller is a user in your institute's account with the telecaller role, so they see their own call list and lead notes but not fees, salaries or other counsellors' pipelines. Roles are set in Settings > Users.

What happens to calls made when the phone has no signal?

The call log is read from the device, so calls made offline sync the next time the app reaches the internet. Nothing is lost, and nothing has to be re-entered by hand.

Can I see which telecaller a lead was assigned to?

Yes. Assignment is recorded on the lead, and the call history on that lead shows who called, when, and for how long — so a lead that went cold can be traced to the point it stopped being followed up.
